When does my order ship out?
Your order ships out about 2 weeks prior to the Monday of your test week
Example: If your beginning test week is April 20, 2026, your order would ship some time during the week of April 6-10, 2026. You may test as soon as you receive your order.
How do I inform you of delivery quirks or request additional directions?
Use the Special Instructions/Comments Box if you want to:
a) require an adult signature due to the physical nature of your delivery site
b) request additional directions booklets (1 direction booklet is automatically added per 10 students in a grade or grade group). Please indicate how many you need per grade level.
By when do I need to return my materials?
The test materials are 14-day rentals. The rental period begins the Monday of your scheduled testing week.
After test materials are returned, individual student test results are posted to your account within 2-3 weeks in PDF format so you can download and print them.
How do I receive my score report?
Printed score reports will no longer be mailed automatically after processing. Instead, Seton Testing Services now offers schools faster, more convenient access to IOWA test results, along with expanded reporting options.
